If I see another one of yall spoiled entitled brat complain about the game not being out yet and how a single year of development is "too long" I will lose my shit

How about we let the dev MAKE THE GAME and wait like the adults we are all supposed to be in this fandom (reminder the game is +18). The devs got the KS funded for the game, and merch, but that's it. They don't owe you shit, no free social media content, no faq, NOTHING but making the damn game. Yet here they are trying to be active once in a while to say "hi we are alive ok see you next month". Because you guys had a tantrum about that a while back too.

A single year for game dev is too short. Especially for a game with the scope of Touchstarved. Also, the devs are making the game in parallel of having full time jobs and even one dev (alledgedly from what I've heard) being in college. Game making is TIME CONSUMING. How many times will I have to be a fucking hater on main until you dumb bitches get that in your nogging. 2 years of development + a years of pre-production is actually on the shorter end of industry average standards for development time. And NO the game won't tank if it takes "too long" to release. You truly never heard of AAA development hell games or some games taking more than a decade in development.

And if you need my credentials I actually have a degree in game dev. I did this for at least 4 years on top of having classes on the history of video game. It's also one of my special interests, and for my previous job I held conferences about video games in general. I know what type of game engine the dev uses (and which plugin engine too found that one on accident by looking it up for my own projects lol). Even the average person with a vague idea of how video games are made and how long it takes to make them wouldn't go around and cry for the game taking more than a year to be made trust me.

Someone teach these people patience, and also how to fucking read and think for more that 3 seconds. Please I'm at my fucking limit.
